Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are processed and shipped within 48 working hours if the items are in stock.

• If a product is on backorder, it will be dispatched within 48 working hours of its arrival at our warehouse.

• Orders are shipped via trusted, registered domestic courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

     Standard Shipping:

• Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 working days

• Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 working days

• Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

• Rest of India: 7–10 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.

 

Delivery Address​

Orders will always be delivered to the registered address of the buyer as provided during the order placement or as per the credit/debit card billing address (unless explicitly specified otherwise at the time of order).

Shipping Charges​

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Our shipping charges include insurance coverage for your products during transit — so you can shop worry-free.

 

Insurance & Claims

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please notify us within 2 (two) days of delivery. Beyond this period, we regret that we will be unable to process claims, as insurance providers have strict timelines which we are obligated to follow.

Important: Insurance coverage is offered by a third-party insurer. We will assist you with claims, but policies and timelines are set by the insurer, and Sahiba Car has no control over exceptions.

Delays

While we guarantee to dispatch your order within the promised timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to support you and follow up with the courier partners in case of delays.
